Jan 14, 2014::hibernating


I am excited to be taking part in a workshop with Heather at Her beautiful blog, Beauty That Moves (beautythatmoves.typepad.com). This is my third workshop with her. I previously enjoyed the Whole Food and 30 Day Vegan workshops and couldn't wait for this one.

I have always loved January because it is a time of renewal and growth in my little world. Instead of getting stir crazy, I enjoy the hunkered down, dark, snowy days when we don't need and excuse to stay home and just be. This workshop won't be a stretch for me, but a time to gather new ideas for my favorite time of the year.

Today, I am making chai, enjoying the first lessons in hibernation.

    I'm taking the course too. Just like you, I've taken the other two as well. Don't you just love Heather? She always relaxes and inspires me!
